Busy Year For North Midland Area United Retriever Club

THE North Midland Area United Retrieve Club has a busy year planned with a host of activity scheduled for the 2010 season.

Well known performance dog food experts Alpha Feeds is supporting the club’s Gundog Working Tests which run at a number of venues throughout the summer months.

Ryck Turner of Alpha Feeds said: “We are delighted to continue working with the North Midland Area United Retriever Club, they are a great team of people and are excellent ambassadors for Alpha Feeds.”

Covering the North Midlands, Yorkshire, Derbyshire and Nottinghamshire, the club is holding tests and training throughout the region.

Phil Wagland of the United Retriever Club said: “The range of performance dog foods provided by Alpha Feeds is ideal for the sporting and working dog owner, their assistance is very much appreciated by the club and its members and the food is always excellent quality.”

May 30 – Intermediate, Veteran and Novice Cold Game Test – Carlton Towers
June 11 – Training – The Slips, Caunton, Notts
June 18 – Training – Wentworth, South Yorkshire
July 2 – Training – Bevercotes, Nottinghamshire
July 4 – Puppy and Novice Tests – Welbeck, Notts
July 11 – Inter Area Finals – Walesby, Notts
July 16 – Training – Shirebrook Country Park
August 20 – Training – Farfield Farm, Aston near Hope, Derbyshire
August 27 – Training – Moorseats, Hathersage, Derbyshire
August 30 – Team Demonstration Test – Hope Show
September 12 – Open Cold Game Test – North Notts
September 19 – Training Class Test – Cunliffe House
