Successful Event for Alpha Feeds at Chatsworth Country Fair

THIS year’s Chatsworth Country Fair saw much support from Alpha Feeds, the experts in performance dog food.

Held in the beautiful surrounds of Chatsworth House, the agility, gun dog test, gun dog pick up and dog and gun competitions are always a big draw.

The Retford-based performance dog food experts have supported Chatsworth Country Fair for a number of years and the team at Alpha Feeds was once again delighted to be sponsoring the dog events.

The agility ring proved extremely popular and Chatsworth Show President Alan Titchmarsh wowed the crowds when he had a go over the course much to the amusement of spectators.

At Chatsworth - Alpha Feeds supported the Jumping classes for small, medium and large dogs with top competitors travelling from all over the country to take part.

John Walgate of Alpha Feeds said: “Agility is always great fun and we were very pleased to be supporting the agility classes at Chatsworth Country Fair.

“Chatsworth is one of England’s most spectacular annual outdoor events and it was great to be involved with one of Britain’s leading country attractions.”

Alpha Feeds also sponsored the Gundog events which again attracted a lot of support from show goers.

Alpha Feeds provided dog food, vouchers and other goodies to all competitors and all winners received large bags of dog food of the choice. Second and third placing also received bags of dog food.

Said Eric Phelan, Gundog event organiser: “The events were a great success, the amount of entries we had was phenomenal and the support from the crowd created a great atmosphere for all the competitors.”
